Cosex Addiction/Relationship Addiction E-Course
This confidential, self-paced course creates a supportive and confidential partnership allowing one to look honestly at addictive relationship dynamics and their source. Awareness and acceptance lead to new choices and new behaviors. Understanding cosex addiction and the addictive dynamics in our relationships with others requires courage, honesty and a willingness to see clearly. In this awareness, we are able to choose different behaviors that honor our values. We also learn to attract the relationships we want in our lives.
In this E-Course, we will identify behaviors individually and in relationships with others, that no longer serve our highest good. We will learn about healthy boundaries, bold self-care, honest and direct communication, spiritual solutions and practices and how to create authentic connections with ourselves and others.
